Capella Photo Shoot

The stylists at Capella were very busy as we prepared for our spring 2012 photo shoot!

We worked hard! We colored, cut, styled and rocked it!

What will make the bob new in 2012?

The team at Capella enjoyed bobs in 2011, but we especially enjoyed the changes that celebrities like Jennifer Aniston made to the bob by sporting what we call the “Lob”. Still, the straight styles that have made bobs look so classy have worn hairstylists out!

Get a fresh look by adding curls to your style like Charlize Theron. A little separation adds texture and gives your bob a brand new style! Wear it asymmetrical by tucking one side behind your ear. Add a hairpin near the top of your ear for a little glam!

Capella Salon teamed up with Hope Ministries this month to aide in the donations of

haircare and hygienic products.

Its UNBELIEVABLE the amount of products we received!!

From blowdryers to rollers, body soap to toothpaste, lotions to bubble bath,

we have fulfilled our Christmas giving and sharing, and fulfilled someone’s day!

Dec 4th Holiday Anniversary Party

Capella has already been open for 1 year! It’s been an incredible ride! Over this last year, we have filled our chairs with the best hairstylists in town, we extended our hours, added more education, & have added a great deal of Pureology product to our shelves. With all that, we want to thank YOU! We appreciate all your support along the way.

So come party with us!

Join us at Capella Salon on Dec 4th from 3-7. Capella will be closed on Saturday, March 27th. All stylists will be in Chicago experiencing one of the largest national hair shows, America’s Beauty Show!

While we are there, we will be taking a class with Beth Minardi, one of the world’s leading hair colorists. Beth carries a resume of Director of Education for Clairol, Special Consultant to Redken, salon owner, & serves as Contributing Editor to professional periodicals including Modern Salon, Process, and Behindthechair.com.
